Did you know that research from Harvard has shown that being in a Sound Immersion can lower your blood pressure and increase the depth of your breath causing deep relaxation and stress relief? These 2 things are part of what can contribute to your overall feelings of well being. A Sound Immersion is not a “one and done” event. The effects are cumulative and so this is why it is a good idea to slow down and listen to Sound Frequencies on a regular basis.
For this Sound Immersion absolutely no expereince is needed. You can bring blankets, pillows and whatever else will allow you to sink deeply into comfort. Eye pillows will be provided or bring your own.
