I will be playing my Alchemy Crystal Bowls along with other Sound Healing Instruments to create the space for you to sink into a relaxed space.

No prior meditation experience is required or needed. Simply bring an open heart and a willingness to explore the serenity within.

Bring a blanket and or pillows and a yoga mat or something to lay comfortably on so you body can be sink into relaxation.
