I invite you to enjoy the experience of being surrounded by the healing sounds and frequencies of Alchemy Crystal Bowls and other sound healing instruments. The experience will allow your body, mind and spirit to re-set, re-store and rejuvenate so you can move through your weekend and week in a smooth and relaxed way. I suggest a yoga mat and some sort of blankets—to cover with and to put on your yoga mat for a bit of softness. Bring whatever will make you feel like you are in a cozy nest so you can sink deeply into the sounds. Perhaps a pillow? Eye pillows will be provided.
