Sound meditation, also known as sound healing, sound bath, or sound therapy is a practice that involves using various sounds and vibrations to induce a state of deep relaxation, reduce stress, and promote healing. It draws on the principles of resonance, entrainment, and frequency to balance the mind, body, and spirit. I use Alchemy Crystal Bowls, Frame Drum as well as Tibetan Singing Bowls and other Sound Healing Instruments.
During this sound meditation session, you are encouraged to focus your attention on the sounds, frequencies and vibrations being produced. This mindful listening helps quiet the mind, reduce distracting thoughts, and deepen the meditative experience.

Please dress comfortably, bring a blanket(s) and pillow(s) and whatever else you need so that you can make a cozy and comfortable “nest” for yourself. This creates a space to allow your body to sink deeply and relax into the Sounds. Bring your own eye pillow or eye pillows will be provided.
