From the soothing vibrations of quartz and mineral infused crystal bowls to the grounding energy of Tibetan singing bowls, and a frame drum every tone has a story to tell. Join us as we explore the alchemy of sound and its transformative effects on the mind, body, and spirit. 🌷

Please bring blankets, a pillow and anything else that will help you to make a comfy “nest” for yourself so you can deeply release and relax into the Sounds. Eye pillows will be provided.
